Your content

You own the personas, briefs and videos you create. You are responsible for the claims your videos make and for complying with the advertising rules of each platform and market you publish to.

Original personas and consent

Personas must depict adults. Digital twins of real people require documented consent, which you attest to inside the product and must produce on request. Impersonation of public figures, celebrities or anyone without consent is prohibited and is blocked by the product where detectable.

AI disclosure

Videos carry an AI-generated disclosure by default. You may adjust it only where it is lawful and permitted by the destination platform; the choice is recorded in your workspace audit log.

Credits

Plan credits renew monthly and do not roll over. Credit packs do not expire. Credits are charged per generation attempt you request; attempts that fail at the provider are not charged.

Third-party platforms

Publishing uses Instagram and TikTok APIs under their terms. Availability of public posting on TikTok depends on the TikTok app audit; until then posts are private.
