One credit is one generated second.
A 30-second, five-scene video uses 30 credits at 720p. Approving a storyboard holds the estimate; only attempts that actually run are charged, and failed provider attempts are not. Persona packs cost 10 credits on live providers and nothing on the demo adapter.

Questions people ask
- Why not unlimited?
- Every generated second costs us real provider compute. Credits keep the price honest and let you see exactly where spend goes in the ledger.
- What about retakes?
- A retake you request is a new attempt and uses credits. Automatic retries after a provider timeout do not.
- Can I bring my own provider key?
- Self-hosted installs can set their own Replicate and Anthropic keys in the environment; the credit ledger still tracks usage so teams can budget.
- GST and invoices?
- Billing runs through Stripe with invoices available from the billing portal. Singapore GST is applied where required.
